Our 150% guarantee results in a full refund of 100% of your order amount and then a credit that will be added to your account for 50% of the order amount to be used on a future purchase.
Extra Protection Cancelled Event - If an event is officially cancelled and not postponed to a new date, you will receive a complete refund for your order less any used shipping fees.
* Suitable substitutes are tickets that are equal or better to the originally purchased tickets.
** Proper documentation is required from the venue if you are denied admission to the event in order to obtain our 150% guarantee from the ticket seller.
